* Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
* Min 3 years experience in accountant,financial controller and financial analyst
* Fluent in English, strong in PC applications for data analysis & statistic
* The responsibility of Payment Manager, as below:
* To monitor all payment processing, including invoice, petty cash application, petty cash settlement and reversion, reimbursement, training allowance
* To set and monitor budget strategy
* To make a monthly report analysis related budget realization
* Cooperate with all respective unit functions related with changes, settle all of the changes and made a confirmation to move within the right corridor
* To manage all of process improvement related with payment for example : renew circular letter related with payment, renew business process related with payment
