Finance Staff (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Responsibilities:
o To ensure all payment and receipt documents are prepared, verified and prepare the payment instruction
o Preparing the monthly bank reconciliation statements and verification/disposition of reconciling items
* Principal Accountability:
o Prepare day to day payment documents, verify its accuracy and compliance to company procedure and tax regulation.
o Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts through review and analysis of the transactions per bank statements versus the company’s financial record to ensure that discrepancies are validated, accounted for, and reserved within the next month’s cycle
o To prepare cross-check account analysis with the debited AP Accounts, expenses and receivable
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): computer literate (SAP & MS. OFFICE); communication & interpesonal.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
