PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT) was first established as PT Swabara Guna on 11 September 1992, and changed its name to PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup on 25 February 1998. It was granted a 3rd generation Coal Contract of Work (CCOW) by the Indonesian Government on 31 May 1999. AKT was incorporated as a domestic owned company (PMDN) and subsequently became a foreign owned company (PMA) in 2005, with no requirements for further divestment to local parties. BLEM gained full management control of AKT through the acquisition of 30% of the shares of the company in October 2007. It acquired a further 69% of AKT shares in December 2009.

We are currently seeking talented and energic staff to fill the following vacant positions:

1. Senior Mine Plan Engineer (SMPE)

Qualification :
• Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree in mine engineering
• 3 - 4 years experience as an engineer or supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage
• Have skill in Minescape
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

2. Senior Drill and Blast Supervisor (SDBS)

Qualification :
• Max. 40 years old
• Minimum Senior High School (Bachelor degree in mining would be an advantage)
• 4 - 5 years experience as drill and blast supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Have a first class blasting certificate
• Have POP License
• Have skill in Minescape
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

3. Environmental Superintendent (ENVS)

Qualification :
• Max. 45 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience in the mining industry. Have experiences in coal mining project would be an advantage
• Strong technical skills in environmental management and interpersonal skills
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Earth Science or its equivalent
• Have a POP License
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

4. HE Operator Trainer (HEOT)

Qualification :
• Male Max. 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in heavy equipment trainer especially in mining companies
• Have TOT Certificate
• Computer literate
• Ability to teach (In Class & field practical)
• Have a POP License would be an advantage

5. Senior HR/IR Supervisor (SHRS)

Qualification :
• Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology would be an advantage
• Minimum 4 years experience as HR/IR Supervisory role
• Have good communication skills in Bahasa and English (both verbal and written)

6. Recruitment Specialist (RECR)

Qualification :
• Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment role
• Have good communication skills in Bahasa and English (both verbal and written)
