Responsibilities
* This position reports to Sustainability Development Director and will be responsible to formulate, implement, and monitor forestry projects, under umbrella of AQUA Lestari’s Forestry Program, as innovative, accountable, and transparent value creation activities for Danone AQUA and its stakeholder.
* For Forestry Program Manager position, the key roles are:
* To develop strategic and yearly plan for Danone AQUA’s Forestry Program
* To propose key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical success factor (CSFs) for monitoring and evaluation purposes

Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in Forestry or Agriculture from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
* Having min. 5 years experience in forestry (conservation and rehabilitation) including field experience
* Having work experience with multi-stakeholder (i.e. Government, NGOs, Companies, universities, communities, etc.) is a must
* Familiar with national regulations; and also international standards in the field of forestry

* Demonstrate good communication skills

* To develop strategic and yearly plan for CSR activities, suitable with each project phase
* To propose key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical success factor (CSFs) for monitoring and evaluation purposes
* To equip partners with management tools to enable them to plan, implement, monitor, and report their projects in accordance with Danone AQUA requirements

Qualifications
