Business Solution & Product Development Manager

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

As a core function within the Sales & Marketing department the principle purpose of the business solution & product development department is to pro actively support the development of CKB s revenue and profitability through solutions and products development.



• EXPERIENCES : 3-5 Years in Business Solution, product development and Commercial management

• KNOWLEDGE : B to B Sales in Transportation & Logistics Marketing Sales & Account management experience Strong market sector awareness in supply chain

• LANGUAGE SKILL : Bahasa Indonesia & English

Export Import Manager

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

• To organize staff, direct and control the activities of the Customs clearance operations team.
• To ensure all clearance expenses are cost-effective through effective process mapping and effective coordination with operations team as well as Customs.
• To ensure a safe, efficient and productive working environment.
• Controls clearance expenses, check, verify and approve expenses request.
• Manage and Resolve major dispute with Customs.
• Maintain a relatively close relationship with top level Customs position.
• Organize and coordinate processes of Customs audit, both of the company and customer (upon request).
• Manage formalities processes i.e. Licenses and Permits related to the required process and procedure of Customs & Excise.
• Ensure that the team are thoroughly updated on the latest changes of Government and Customs procedures.
• Ensures that every import activities are well documented.
• Ensures that every import document references are traceable and easy to obtain whenever an enquiry is needed for a specific case or issues.
• Ensures that any licenses and permit of the company related to Customs & Excise are monitored on the validity and arrange the prolongation prior date of expiry.
• Ensures that all import data base are well maintained.


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): computer literate.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Logistics or equivalent.
• Own PPJK Licence from Customs.
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in Customs Clearance handling.
• At least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience.
• Must be highly organized and highly motivated.
• Strong and effective communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Effective listening skills.
• Ability to understand an activity, gathers information, analyze information, and report results.

Key Account Executive

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Key Account Executive will receive supervision and general guidance by Key Account Manager. The Key Account Executive will be expected to work well in a team-oriented as well as individual environment. S/he will work closely with Group Account Manager in term of handling account activities which is inclusive maintain communication, maintain sales revenue in order to meet up sales budget and developing relationship with both customers and internal departments. As the key resource for the organization relating to customer relationship and communications to external parties, the Key Account Executive will ensure that daily key account operating procedures are fully implemented in commercial terms and conditions as follows:

− Meet up sales budget
− Maintain relationship with account
− Product promotion
− Provide logistics report
− Service Failure resolution
− Service Review
− Revenue Collection
− Map up logistics procedure (SLA)

• 1 - 2 Years experiences in logistic industry.
• Computer literate (MS Office and windows) application.
• Knowledge of local & international shipping regulations.
• Knowledge of export & import customs regulations.
• Good skills in English & Bahasa.
• Strong customer care, service oriented driven by customer s need, be a team player, able tomanage Travel as and when required by the job, willing to be stationed in any places within Indonesia.

Key Account Manager

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To lead, manage and monitor key account team to handle inquiries from key accounts.
2. To manage and lead the team to contact and to develop revenue performance from key accounts.
3. To monitor and be accountable for revenue performance from key accounts.
4. To manage records of customer activity, process and follow up in resolving customer problems with other departments.
5. To make a decision of good judgment in the administration of optional pricing programs, including ensuring validation process shall be done 100% compliance before invoicing.
6. To manage budget of key account department.
7. To develop key account departments by improving work quality in order to cope with increasing demands from key accounts.
8. To manage, build and promote good working environment with his/her sales work key and other department as well.


• Preferably S1 Degree with 5 years working experience.
• Minimum of one (2) years experience in leading a team.
• Must have a hands-on experienced in Logistic and Transportation.
• Have a good understanding about Mining, Oil and Gas, Energy, Telco and B2B industry.
• Able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written.

Pricing Specialist

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

• To design, analyze and maintain the costing structure and the selling rate of all services to all customers.
• To provide professional assistance to the Pricing Staff to ensure all costing are structured in accordance with CKB pricing principles and business ethics.
• To assist the Pricing Staff in the preparation of detailed logistics service proposals and cost models for potential and existing CKB business clients.


• Bachelor s degree with 1 year experience in logistics / freight forwarding, or fresh graduate with high performance in analyzing numbers (numbers crunching).
• Strong conceptual skills with ability to define the logistics process flow.
• Strong analytical and number processing skills.
• Good presentation skill including to prepare a good format of price table to customers and to present it in front of customers.
• Good report writing skills.
• Able to use PC based tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work and communicate with prospect/client representatives.

Project Logistics Senior Manager

Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a senior Managerial position that take up the role of leading a division of Project Logistics in the company. Accountable to manage customer requirement and revenue target and projection of the company related to Project Logistics type of work.


FORMAL EDUCATION : Min. S1 or S2 graduate

EXPERIENCES : Minimum 5 years working experience
