QUALITY and TECHNICAL MANAGER
Batam Based

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, appraise and monitor the quality control system and propose improvement initiative in order to improve quality and efficiency and meet customer expectations
• Develop, implement and manage quality inspection procedure, identify, recommend improvement initiatives in order to improve production quality
• Ensure the corrective and preventive action of customer complaint are provided on time to the customer and effectively implemented
• Assess, monitor supplier quality procedures and output, advice of improvement opportunities in order to develop supplier capabilities and improve component part quality
• Coach, advise, appraise and evaluate staff performance and recommend on staff improvement in order to ensure company target achievement and improve staff competencies
• Prepare, propose, manage quality assurance budget in order to minimize cost, maximize profit and meet company objective
• Manage the document control activities, identify, planning and coordinate improvement initiatives in order to guarantee up-to-date documentation and improve accessibility.
• Ensure the QMS are established, implemented and maintained. Report the performance to top management and ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirement in order to comply to ISO tool requirement

Requirements:
• Degree or Master in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from reputable university.
• Having about 7 - 10 years of related experience as Quality and Technical Manager in high volume manufacturing of electrical products.
• Having strong leadership and communication skill in English both oral and written, French will be an advantage
• Capacity to resist to high pressure with confliction situation.
• Wiling to stay in Batam

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Batam Based

Responsibility:
Managing manufacturing supply chain and logistic for a global plant.

Requirements:
• Degree or Master in Industrial/ Electrical Engineering or related field from reputable university. APICS certification will be an advantage.
• Having about 7 - 10 years experience and good understanding in Inventory Management of finished goods and raw materials.
• Understand SAP and having good communication in English both oral and written, French will be an advantage.
• Having strong leadership and capacity to work under pressure.
• Wiling to stay in Batam

This challenging E4 level position would be an exciting career opportunity for an experienced hydrologist, who is looking to move into a management role. The role offers significant autonomy and requires the ability to develop and lead a modern and effective team of hydrologists and hydrographers.

Specific role responsibilities include:
- provide leadership for and build capability of the Hydrological and Hydrographic Team;
- set context, direction and clear performance expectations for the Hydrological and Hydrographic team and manage the team s work performance;
- undertake the lead role in SEB for the provision of professional guidance and authoritative expertise for hydrology and hydrography; p undertake responsibility for and manage the construction of streamflow and rainfall measurement sites throughout the state of Sarawak;
- undertake responsibility for and manage data gathering, data management and maintenance of all SEB hydrographic assets through out the state of Sarawak; and

Candidates should have experience in a technical leadership capacity and a recognized degree in hydrology, water engineering or a related discipline.
