Requirements:

• Have good knowledge in terms of spare parts, tools & equipment, hydraulic & Electrical system, and Product knowledge

Requirements:
• Male

• Good knowledge, understand and able to make Pit optimisation and Design, Waste dump and Haul, Road Design, Short Term through to Life Of Mine Plans and Schedules, Rehabilitation planning, and monitoring
• Good knowledge, understand and able to use computer programs such as; Ms. Office, Map info, Surpac & Autocad etc.
• Must have good leadership skills

Safety Superintendent

Requirements:
• Male
• Min. 5 Year experience in mining company, experience for safety management implementation, safety monitoring data, safety program facilitator, safety promotion & loss control, safety program coaching and safety audit & reporting etc.
• Having good understanding about OHSAS
• Must have good leadership skills
• Computer literate and Microsoft office expert

Mine Operational Manager

Requirements:
• Male
• Bachelor Degree for all major
• Min. 10 years experience in Mine Operation or other related industries
• Experienced in making the Planning / Operations, Budgeting, target attainment (relate to production, equipment, human resources etc)
• Must have good leadership skills
• Good communication

HR Manager

Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age 35 – 45 years old
• Min S1 degree any dicipline
• Min 6 years experiences in HRD
• Understand and able to apply the functions of human resources

Requirements:

1. Maximum 38 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Chemical Engineer
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience as QC SPV in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
5. Good understanding about HSE / K3

2. MINE PLAN ENGINEER / MPE SUPERVISOR / Foreman (MPE)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
7. Taking care of quality of mine product
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
9. Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)

3. ACCOUNTING SUPERINTENDENT / SPV / STAFF (ACC)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. D3/ S1 degree from Accounting / Management / Tax from reputable university
3. Min 2 years of experience at the same position
4. Strong understanding in accounting and financial reporting
5. Posses certificate Brevet A –B would be an advantage
6. Good knowledge about financial & general / cost accounting, taxation and budgeting
7. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization
8. To be located in Jakarta (Head Office)

4. SURVEYOR (SURVEY)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Min D3 Cartographic (Ilmu Ukur Tanah)
3. Having minimum within 2 years experience in mining industry
4. Able to operate Autocad Land Desktop
5. Able to operate Surpac is a plus point
6. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
7. Well understanding of Total Station Tools (Leica & Sokia)
8. Able to do a topographic measurement and data processing
9. Willing to be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

5. LOGISTIC PARTS ANALYST Staff-SPV (LOGISTIC)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 38 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience as logistic, preferably from mining or heavy equipment industry
3. Degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or related field
4. Posses good knowledge about analyzing spare parts need
5. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
6. Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
7. To be located in Jakarta (Head Office)
8. Willing to travel to Halmahera Island, Maluku frequently

6. GEOTHERMAL PROJECT MANAGER (GPM)

Requirements:

1. Male, age maximum 45 years old
2. Bachelor degree from geodesy, geology, civil/ mechanical/ electrical engineering faculty
3. Experience in mining industry, minimum 5 year
4. Skill in applying the science and engineering expertise to the evaluation of geothermal energy projects
5. Ability to serve as an expert consultant and leader responsible for overseeing the review of geothermal projects
6. Fluent in English both oral & written
7. Willing to be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

7. GEOLOGIST (GEO)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
3. Minimum 2 years experience, preferable in mineral exploration
4. Able to operate mining software: Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, Arc View
5. Able to operate Surpac is a plus point
6. Able to make progress report on designated project
7. Good knowledge about Safety / K3 procedure
8. Willing to be placed in all projects in Indonesia

8. SHIPPING SUPERINTENDENT (SHIP-SPT)

Requirements:

1. Male with minimum 10 (ten) years experience as Marine Operation Manager
2. Bachelor degree from marine science
3. Posses certificate of ANT 2
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
7. Experienced in handling Bulk Carrier/Cargo, Tug Boat & Barges in remote area
8. Good understanding on warehouse & shipping management system, Product handling and Control, ISO and HACCP
9. Monitoring the shipping schedule with port split, permit and discharge readiness. To coordinate with stakeholders in each discharging ports in preparation for ship arrival/cargo transfer
10. Monitor & update the movement and schedule of all vessels

9. OPERATION MANAGER / KTT (OM)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
4. Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Create Good Mining Practice
8. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
10. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
11. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
12. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

10. DRILLER / ASSISTANT DRILLER (DRILL)

Requirements:

1. Male, age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company, preferable in mineral laterit nickel exploration
3. Minimum high school degree from any major
4. Able to operate drilling machine with full corring
5. Good knowledge about Safety procedure
6. Good physical health and able to work in a team
7. To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule
