PRODUCTION LINE MANAGER (Job Reference: “PL–Man”)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To manage the production line and the production team (30 to 40 employees working 4 shifts / 7 days / 24 hours) you are responsible for, and make so by all means that the production goals are achieved (output, productivity, down times…),
* To achieves goals, follow-up the production KPI’s, to study and put in place all relevant actions with regard to machines, raw materials and workforce,
* To analyse the production results and establish a relation between the results and the process parameters in order to maximize the production results,
* To propose and execute the relevant modifications for improving the production process,
* To execute in the field all projects relating to your production line and coordinate closely with the QA/QC Supervisor,
* To respect all ISO/OHSAS procedures,
* To take into consideration safety and environmental related issues and implement the necessary precautions in organization and usage of raw materials and consumables,
* To organize/participate in the technical training programmes of our factory’s employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Female or male, 26-35 years old,
* S1 or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical… Engineering, or equivalent,
* Proven managerial skills and experience,
* 3 – 10 years experience in managing people and production process, if possible for international companies,
* Good knowledge of ISO and OSHAS standards,
* Good knowledge in English,
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Software (“Windows”, “MS Office”),

EHS OFFICER (Job Reference: “EHSO”)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To Implement the company’s EHS Plan that complies with local legislation and consistent with Corporate policies.
* To develop and implement regularly some EHS training sessions to maintain a safe working environment at our factory.
* To act as a stand-by nurse to give any first aid assistance to our employees and workers if any incident happens and act as part of our emergency response team.
* To manage the incidents investigations and roots causes analysis to prevent incidents re-occurrences.
* To manage and conduct regular EHS equipment inspection and regular EHS measurements & certifications at the company to comply with regulations.
* To manage and deliver some EHS projects and improvements at the company.
* To support our internal audit team to improve the company’s OHSAS and ISO management systems & documentation.
* To manage & control the implementation of any corrective action revealed from regular internal & external OHSAS and ISO audit reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Male or Female, 24 – 30 years old.
* S1 or equivalent in EHS or any engineering degree from a reputable university.
* Minimum 2 years of EHS experience at a Multinational Company.
* Having “AK3 Umum” Certification is preferable.
* Good knowledge in English, spoken and written.
* Initiative, autonomy, diplomacy, honesty, hard working.
* Good knowledge and skill of EHS standards, procedures & regulations.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE RETAIL WEST JAVA (Job Reference: “SRR–WJ”)
RESPONSIBILITIES :

* To develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the building materials distribution network, at traditional and modern retail shops.
* To implement the actions of the Company’s commercial action plans and achieves the sales targets according to the budget.
* To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with our distribution network, and provide them with our best possible technical support and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To implement the yearly and monthly Commercial Actions Plans of the Company,

* To manage, motivate and develop your regional sales team and help them improve their performance and productivity,

* To supervise and control subordinates daily activities and working methods on the production line,

* -To ensure the efficient use of raw material by controlling the formula and process parameters in the production process,

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineer.
• Minimum 3 year experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation.
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors.
• Good communication skills, written‐verbal, both English and Bahasa.
