PT Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources. G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mines and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011. The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 66M oz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asian-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

Senior Contract Admin (SCM 0863)

This position will be based at the location of Martabe Project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and at times be required to travel to Jakarta. This position reports directly to the Contract Superintendent.

The role of the Senior Contract Administrator is to plan, organize and control activities of PTAR Martabe contracting in an effective and efficient ways based on mining industry standards.

Candidates for this role would be expected to meet the following criteria:
• S1 Degree in Business, Law, Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years upper experience in mining industry
• Experience in contract management including construction project
• Sound understanding of relevant Indonesian business, legal system, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations
• Strong leadership skills, team work and good communication skills

Senior Buyer (SCM 0892)

This position will be based at the location of Martabe Project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and at times be required to travel to Jakarta. This position reports directly to the Purchasing Superintendent.

The role of the Senior Buyer is to plan, organize and control activities of PTAR goods purchases in an effective and efficient ways based on mining industry standards.

Candidates for this role would be expected to meet the following criteria:
• S1 Degree in Purchasing / Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering
• 10 years upper experience in mining industry
• Experience in purchasing high dollar items
• Sound understanding of relevant sourcing capabilities of domestics and international
• Strong leadership skills, team work and good communication skills

As a Buyer you shall be experienced to procure goods and services required by the business to the required specification, quality level, at a competitive price, delivered in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive Engineering or generic specifications and source competitive bids from qualified suppliers that meet the specification, quality, budgetary and schedule requirements.
• To negotiate and place Purchase Orders, ensuring schedule reporting and delivery promises are maintained by vendors with information communicated to the project/product team and other stakeholders.
• In conjunction with QA and QC processing vendor non-conformances to ensure that the correct actions are taken to close them out in a timely manner.
• Adhere to the Expro Business Principles & Ethics and Code of Business Conduct of being reliable, trustworthy and fair. Avoiding conflicts of commercial interest, ensuring accuracy of information, maintaining confidentialities and abstaining from all forms of corruption.
• To expedite orders in accordance with Purchase Order requirements. Work with business units to communicate and improve delivery where-ever possible and updating SAP accordingly.
• Assist end user of a department with price bid enquiries for obtaining goods/services quotes from suppliers.
• When required, deputise for the P&L Supervisor with full authority to manage the commodity/product/project function in their absence. Attend any project/product line meetings in support of the commodity team.
• Responsible for continually working with “key” suppliers to ensure clear scope definition and cost reduction programs. Regular management and control of costs with the respective suppliers.

To be success in this position:

• You must have an extensive 3+ years of experiences in purchasing environment.
• Have either a degree/relevant degree in purchasing or equivalent or working towards.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office essential and with experience of MRP/PERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Needs to be a good communicator, persistent and assertive.
• Must show ability in time management and prioritisation to achieve the requirements of the role.
• Experience of engineering terminology, supplier evaluation, Purchase Order drafting, negotiation and working as a Buyer within a busy purchasing environment essential.
