HRGA Supervisor (HSPV)
Responsibility:
* To supervise and organize people development and organizational development
* To supervise and organize compensation & benefit, negotiation, payroll & Tax PPH21
* To supervise and organize employee database and personnel matters
* To supervise and handle recruitment and selection process
* To supervise and execute issues of industrial relation
* To supervise and organize building maintenance and vehicle operation
* To supervise and organize other general affair tasks as well as public relation
Requirements :
* Indonesian citizen with excellent health condition
* Male/Female, 35 years old maximum
* Graduation of S1, majoring in Law, Business Administration, Finance or other related studies
* Minimum GPA is 3.00 with 3 years experiences in similar role
* Advanced computer literacy (Windows and Office application)
* Excellent communication in English
* Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
* Having both of good interpersonal and communication skills
* Hard worker, honesty, fast learner, and ability to work in a team and/or independently
* Remarkable leadership skills combined with outstanding organization, details and process oriented
