Pertamina (Persero), whose existence is a continuation of a previously existing foundation and assumed the duty as an entity that is carrying out commercial activities in order to support and improve the welfare of workers Pertamina.

The Foundation was established in 1975 under the name YATAPENA several times changed its name to in 2002 turned into a limited liability company named PT. Pertamina Saving & Investment (PSI) and finally on December 30, 2004 was changed to PT. Pertamina's Venture Fund (PDV).

The main business of the Company is conducting a general venture capital financing and venture capital special. Common venture capital financing is a revenue-sharing partnership with Business Couples Company (PPU) in the form of funds for projects owned by the PPU. Meanwhile, a special venture capital financing is a revenue-sharing partnership with worker cooperatives in the neighborhood of Pertamina Group in the form of funds for implementation of the Workers Welfare Program Pertamina (PKPP) held to meet the various needs of the workers in the environment of Pertamina Group.
