Therefore, since 1984, Djarum Scholarship Plus has consistently played an active role to promote education and empowerment of students through the cultivation of high achievement, in a variety of soft skills training for Indonesian human form of disciplined, independent and insightful future as well as being a capable leader of the intellectual, emotional and spiritual.

Prospective Plus Scholarship recipients are selected Djarum strictly and must meet the requirements of IQ and EQ so that they have the emotional intelligence in the process of achievement.

In addition to tuition assistance, scholarship recipients Djarum Plus (Beswan Djarum) also receive other benefits in the form of soft skills training program, which is the excess of Djarum Scholarship Plus Program, namely by training on the concept of nationalism, character development, leadership, creativity, and several other activities in the fields of social, environmental, educational, and cultural. The goal is nothing that the Beswan Djarum Indonesia could someday be a man of disciplined, independent and insightful as a potential future leader of the nation.

Further quarter of a century past the age of the program is running, more than 7000 university students from 74 State Universities and Private Sector in Indonesia has received Djarum Plus Scholarship.

Djarum Plus Scholarship Program

Djarum Scholarship Recipients Plus get scholarship funds amounting to Rp 600,000, - per month for 1 year.
In addition to scholarship funds, scholarship recipients Djarum Plus (Beswan Djarum) found supplies a wide range of soft skills, in order to harmonize between academic achievement (hard skills) obtained on campus with various skills to the Beswan Djarum later become capable of human intelligence, emotional and spiritually.

Requirements to become a recipient of Djarum Scholarship Plus


1. General

* While taking Education Level S1 (Strata 1) of all disciplines.
* Entering the V semester with a minimum GPA of 3:00 in the fourth semester.
* Active follow the activities of organizations both within and outside campus.
* Do not receive scholarship from other parties.

2. Administration

* Fill out the Registration Form Scholarship Djarum Plus, which can be dowload at the link provided below or take on part of Student Affairs at each campus .
* Copy of Card IV Semester Study Results.
* Copy of certificate of organization activities / active organization certificate.
* Letter from Campus does not currently receiving scholarships from other parties
* One sheet of photo sizes 4 x 6 cm colored coat alma mater.

3. Selection Test:

* Following the psychological test.
* Interview.
* Create a short article.

Lowongan Kerja Australia Development Scholarship For Indonesia Juni 2011

Scholarships have played a significant role in Australia's development cooperation program in Indonesia, with around 11,000 scholarships provided over more than 50 years. ADS continues to be a major component of the program with up to 400 scholarships offered in 2011.

The off-shore component of the ADS Program is managed by IDP through an IDP established ADS Project Office in Jakarta to ensure efficient end effective administration of the ADS scheme in Indonesia.

Each year, the Australian Government sponsors people from a number of developing countries to study in Australia through Australian DevelopmentScholarships (ADS). The Australian Development Scholarship program in Indonesia aims to promote private and public sector human resource development in areas of agreed development priority.

This is achieved by providing post-graduate scholarships for Indonesians to study in Australia and by working in close cooperation with the Indonesian Government to deliver a program which is flexible to Indonesia'shuman resource development needs.

Consistent with the principles of AusAID's education and training policy (August 1996), the ADS program is implemented to ensure : quality (of project personnel, fellows and procedures); transparency (of selection); equity and merit (in the awarding of fellowships); access (of beneficiaries toscholarship documentation and information); and consistency (in award administration).

Double Bachelor’s Degree

International Hotel Management Stenden university Bali is accredited by both the Indonesian and the European government (i.e. the Indonesian National Accreditation Body (BAN-PT) and the Dutch-Flemish Accreditation Organization (NVAO).

What this means for our graduates is that upon successfully completing the International Hotel Management program they will be awarded both their Dutch Bachelor of Business Administratrion and an Indonesian Sarjana Ekonomi.

Academic Scholarships

Stenden University Bali invited Indonesian students who have excellent study results and motivated to study International Hotel Management in Bali, to get double bachelor’s degree and also full or partial academic scholarships.

Stenden University Bali has two types of scholarships for the academic year 2011/2012, both are for at least one academic year. However, if your study results at Stenden University Bali are excellent (full scholarship) or above average (partial scholarship), the scholarship will be extended to the following academic years as well.


The scholarships available are:

Full scholarship

A scholarship that covers the complete tuition fee (of 4600 each year USD) and all other study related costs, such as books and learning materials, equating up to USD24,000 in savings over four years. This scholarship will be rewarded only to the very best student(s). You should be highly talented and have excellent study results. Guideline is that you belong to the top 10% of your class.

Partial scholarship

A scholarship that consists of a discount in the tuition fee of 1000 USD per year. These scholarships are available for select students that score in the top 25% of their class and who are very motivated to study at Stenden.

IHM Scholarship Selection Criteria

Full Scholarship

* Indonesian citizen
* Belong to the top 10% of your class.
* Ambitious and highly motivated individual
* Showcasing a strong commitment to furthering a career in International Hotel Management

Partial Scholarship

* Indonesian citizen
* Belong to the top 25% of your class
* Ambitious and highly motivated individual
* Showcasing a strong commitment to furthering a career in International Hotel Management

The above characteristics should be demonstrated in the documents that you send with your application and in the interview we will have with selected candidates.


IHM Scholarships – Selection Procedure

1. Applications close June 30th 2011

2. First selection round of candidates by Stenden University Bali will be completed in the first two weeks of July. Shortlisted candidates will receive a notification before July 15th 2011.

3. Interviews with shortlisted candidates are held between July 18th and July 29th. The interview will be held with the General Manager of Stenden University Bali, one member of the academic staff and a manager of a hotel in Indonesia.

4. The final decision will be made on August 1st 2011. All shortlisted candidates, that have had an interview, will receive an answer that same day.

Both the full and partial scholarships are intended for applicants entering during primary and secondary intakes in September and November. Depending on the quality and number of the applicants that are selected for a scholarship, Stenden University Bali reserves the right to conduct subsequent rounds of scholarship selection for the intake in February (third intake) and April (fourth intake). Partial fee-waiver scholarships
These scholarships are available to international students taking up courses offered by the faculty.

Scholarships between A$3000 and A$6000 are offered as a one-off partial fee waiver for undergraduate courses commencing in 2011.

Eligibility
The scholarship is open to all international students commencing degrees within the Faculty of Science, Technology and Engineering in 2011.

Students must have submitted an application and received an unconditional letter of offer by the scholarship closing date for a course commencing in 2011.

How to apply


Applicants must complete a scholarship application form (PDF 66kb) and submit it to intapplication@latrobe.edu.au with a copy of their offer letter.

Please note the subject heading of the application email needs to say ‘Application for FSTE’.

Selection process
Selection is based primarily on academic excellence. Only students with a minimum 70% or equivalent, and who have received an unconditional letter of offer can be considered.

If the overseas grading system does not conform to a 70% equivalent but is still of high standard, students may still be considered.
